We have different foam cushions—yellow is 7 mm thick, black is 4 mm thick, and red is 2 mm thick—to account for these variations. How can I be sure my shoes will fit TRENN Insoles?
The TRENN Insoles are sized correctly. Get a size 9/9.5 insole if your shoe size is 9. TRENN considers the fact that certain athletic shoes—like spikes or cleats—fit more snugly. We also need to know what sport you play because of this. Once you receive your insoles, if you have any fit issues, just get in touch with us and we'll set up a free exchange. When I order, will I receive one or two insoles?
We provide a set of insoles for both the left and right feet.
Are TRENN Insoles suitable for children?
Since children's feet are still developing, we do not advise these insoles for those under the age of thirteen. Please see your family physician if you have any concerns about your children utilising insoles.
Can I still wear these if I wear custom orthotics?
Our insoles are not designed to be used in conjunction with custom orthotics. Many people who have been prescribed orthotics (due to flat feet for example), actually find that TRENNSOLES™ help sometimes more than the orthotics. Are there several widths or arch kinds available for TRENNSOLES?
No, we don't produce TRENNSOLES in various widths or arch configurations. Our sizes are relatively liberal in breadth, and they have been created to be arch agnostic. Most foot shapes and sizes can wear our TRENNSOLES; however, if you have any comfort concerns after trying them on, please get in touch with us.
Are TRENNSOLES™ available as custom orthotics?
Indeed. TRENN Gear is currently selling a fully customised model. They are made using imprints of your feet. You will receive a foam impression box with step-by-step instructions on how to create the ideal first impression. Postage paid, please return the box to us. Are the sizes displayed in US sizes on the TRENN website?
Yes, all sizes are in US sizes. To assist you with international sizing, you may also locate a conversion table. Order our size 9/9.5 if your shoes are a size 9 or 9.5. In most cases, the fit is perfect the first time; but, if it's not, get in touch with us and we'll arrange for a swap.
If I sometimes wear a 9.5 shoe size and in other shoes wear a 10, what size TRENNSOLES™ should I order?
We recommend that you select the shoes you will be wearing your TRENNSOLES™ in the most and choose that shoe size when selecting your TRENNSOLES™ size. Any issues with fit, please contact us and we can arrange an exchange.
Usage & Care
Is it possible to move the TRENNSOLES from one shoe to another?
If they are the same type of shoes, then yes. Put otherwise, if you purchased TRENNSOLES for a cleated shoe, you can switch them out for another cleated shoe. Try not to squeeze them into a soccer cleat if you purchased them for a sport where cleats are not required, like basketball. In order to avoid damaging the TRENNSOLES, attempt to remove them by sliding your fingertips beneath the carbon fibre plate rather than pulling up on the foam.
What if I cannot remove the insoles that came inside the shoes?

What happens if the shoe's insoles are bonded in place?
Insoles typically do come out. They are probably cemented down if they are not readily removed. Most of the time, you can get rid of them by following these steps:1. It's usually easier to carefully place your fingertips below the insole in the direction of the heel or side.2. Move your fingers towards the front of the foot without tearing the insole.3. Pull your fingers up gradually and softly as you make your way up. The insole should start to feel like it's rising up. Until the insole can be removed from the shoe in its entirety, repeat this procedure as many times as required.
Should I take out the insoles that were included with my shoes?
Yes, we advise removing the factory insoles from your shoes in order to make room for the TRENNSOLESTM for your feet to fit properly inside.
How are my TRENNSOLES cleaned?
Just use a moist cloth to clean your TRENNSOLES if they become soiled, then let them air dry. Avoid soaking the TRENNSOLES or using strong chemicals. They should not be used in a dryer or washing machine.
When Do My TRENN Insoles Need to Be Replaced?
That relies on several things, such how well you take care of them and what kind of training you undergo. Purchasing an additional pair of shoes can help you prevent top and bottom separation caused by shifting your TRNNSOLES between shoes. Rather than providing a time range, we would rather suggest that buyers check for any damage, such as normal wear and tear on the top cover. Can you assist me as I have not received my TRENNSOLES yet?
Kindly forward your complete name and order number to Info@trensol.co via email, and we will promptly furnish you with the tracking details and an estimated time of arrival. If you submit your order on Friday, it might not ship until Monday because TRENN is not operating on weekends.

Exchanges & Returns
Do you provide exchanges for products?
